Sandra

Claudia Maldonado has been in the Early Education field for more than 20 years as a preschool teacher, infant teacher, Director, and owner of three preschools in the San Fernando Valley. As an early learning advocate she is dedicated to the quality of preschool for all children.

Claudia has over 30 units in Child Development and a Bachelors Degree in Human Services. Claudia has extensive experience working with infants and preschoolers, as well as children on the spectrum of Autism and other behavioral difficulties.

Claudia has been married for 15 years and has two children. When Claudia is not working with children, she is spending time with her family, reading a good book, or shopping.

Sandra Lanz has been in the Early Education Field for more 20 years as a teacher, mentor, Director and owner of three preschools in the San Fernando Valley.

Sandra has over 30 units in Child Development, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Masters Degree in Education, and is currently completing a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership focusing her dissertation on Preschool classroom environments.

Sandra has been married for over 15 years and is a proud cat mom of her Tabby named Cousin Owen. When she is not in school or presenting, she is spending time with her husband, volunteering, going to the beach, shopping, and eating at her favorite local eateries.

The team has presented in CAAEYC and NAEYC conferences for the last 7 years with topics including: The Inclusion Classroom, Positive Discipline, and Ages and Stage of Child Development.
